Our Food
At Sugar Tree Inn, we believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That's why we serve a delicious, homemade breakfast each morning 7 days a week that is included in your room rate. From savory Breakfast Skillets to our guest favorite Pecan Ricotta Waffles, our breakfast is sure to start your day off right. All our breakfasts can be made Gluten Free!
We are also excited to offer full dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings! Staying with us on a different night? No worries, we have lighter options available as well. Check out our dining page for more information.
We are also pleased to serve a nice selection of wine and beer along with hard lemonade, hard seltzers, and ready-to-drink cocktails in our Tavern!

Our Story
When we say “family-run”, we mean it. Brenda and Kevin purchased the bed and breakfast in May 2022 and brought Brenda’s father and stepmom with them. Gerry and Donna were running 2 very successful restaurants and when asked if they would be willing to sell those and come to a mountain inn located in Virginia, they said yes! Brenda has been a Sign Language Interpreter for 30 years and Kevin a retired Firefighter from Minnesota. They are all excited to be bringing their “Minnesota Nice” hospitality and Gerry’s home-cooked meals to you in the most beautiful location in VA!
