At Sugar Tree Inn in Vesuvius, Virginia, we take pride in offering a unique and intimate setting for your wedding celebration. Our venue near the Blue Ridge Parkway is designed to provide you and your guests with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are proud to offer 3 packages to choose from: The Intimate Package is perfect for elopements or vow renewals, our Close-Knit Package perfect for those wanting to celebrate with your closest loved ones, and our All-Out Celebration Package for those who want their celebration to last more than a couple hours but an entire weekend. Intimate Package
$500
- 2 hours' use of our lodge, deck, and ceremony site for the wedding couple and officiant of your choice
- Celebration cake for two
- Bottle of Jump Mountain’s Sparkling Gruner Veltliner or Sparkling Cider
- Candid photos of your celebration (you may bring your own photographer)
- Price $500 (plus tax)
- Add St. Mary’s Cabin for 2 nights: Additional $550 plus tax
- Any 2 hours Monday-Thursday 4-8pm, Friday-Sunday 12-4pm
Close-Knit Package
$950
- 2 hours' of use of our lodge, deck, and ceremony site for the wedding couple, 6-8 guests, and Officiant of your choice
- Celebration Cake for the Wedding Couple plus individual mini cakes for your guests
- 2 bottles of Jump Mountain’s Sparkling Gruner Veltliner or Sparkling Cider
- Family style charcuterie board
- Candid photos of your celebration (you may bring your own photographer)
- Price: $950 plus tax
- Any 2 hours Monday-Thursday 4-8pm, Friday-Sunday 12-4pm
- Add St. Mary’s Cabin for 2 nights: Additional $550 plus tax
- Dinner can be added for an additional fee extending your celebration (depending on availability)
All-Out Celebration Package
$6500
- 2 nights' lodging for up to 24 people
- Exclusive use of the property Friday 4pm-Sunday 11am
- Breakfast each morning
- Bottle of Jump Mountain’s Sparkling Gruner Veltliner or Sparkling Cider for the wedding couple
- Assistance setting up and taking down the ceremony site, use of the tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and assisting with coordination of vendors prior to and the day of the event
- Price: $6500 (May 1st - November 14th) or $5500 (November 15th - April 30th) (plus taxes)
- Food Packages available for an additional fee
