Tucked away between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Allegheny Mountains, you will find Ecco Adesso Vineyards, a must-visit local winery in Fairfield, Virginia smack dab in the middle of us perfectly between Vesuvius and Lexington, VA. Sitting on nearly 350 acres of land at Skyline Meadows, this family owned Virginia Vineyard is home to not only its vineyard, but hiking trails, orchards, gardens and sweeping mountain views that make it one of the most beautiful wineries in the Shenandoah Valley.
Local & International Wines in One Stunning Setting
While wine is produced on site, they also collaborate with Sassaia Vineyards in Italy and are owners of Williamsburg Winery in Williamsburg, Virginia. You will be able to find thoughtfully curated selections of both of their wines here in addition to home-grown wine, meaning you will be able to indulge in both local and legendary wines. With nearly 30 different types of wine to choose from—and more to come soon—you can be sure Ecco Adesso will have a wine that anyone from a novice wine drinker to a seasoned sommelier will enjoy. If sampling wine wasn’t enough to draw you in, most Saturday’s at the Vineyard during the winter have some sort of entertainment, whether that be live music, Sip and Paint, or wine pairing classes. In the past, warmer months brought more activities, and with how popular this place is, we can be sure to see more in 2026.
Supporting Veterans & the Local Community
Ecco Adesso Vineyard is home to a nonprofit garden, named “Vet First, Inc.”. This community-focused initiative hires Veterans to continue their call of duty to their communities through growing crops and donating to other Vets, food banks, homeless shelters, and anyone else who might be facing food insecurity. All crops grown and profits made goes back into the community and to support Veterans.

Ecco Adesso is open Thursday from 1-5pm, Friday-Saturday 12-6pm, and Sunday 12-5pm.
